Curious that no one in the Colorado State Parks seems to be at all concerned about a racist incident occurring in one of their parks. At the very least I would have expected further dodging and weaving but no response whatsoever.

Gawd you're an idiot, you received an adequate explanation, what's to apologize for? Get a life.
rainexpected is absolutely right, the explanation is bull. there was wrong doing by all accounts whether it be complete incompetence or racism as stated. i have personally run into some really awful camp hosts. Wrong was perpetrated in the eye of the beholder here, and who would better know... I assume granma doesn't generally go to the trouble of writing down all the details of the campsites at every campground she goes to.
Are you kidding? This camp host did your aunt a favor by getting her a spot, even though she didn't have a reservation. And you're mad because the host didn't put her next to his spot? And you call this discrimination? I think you need to look up the definition again.
@Scott. Do you know how to read? Do you know how public campgrounds work? Do you even camp? Are you telling me that it is at all plausible that the campground was full but nevertheless numerous sites were not marked as reserved when that is how public campgrounds work?

Gawd you're a credulous cretin! You believe any explanation regardless of how unbelievable it is? Get a life instead of trolling blogs.
